Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your artwork, but if there’s an issue, here’s our policy:
Prints & Framed Art: We accept returns and exchanges only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the situation.
Returns for personal preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen) are not accepted, as each print is made to order.
